BABY FURNITURE

We got our baby furniture in this weekend.  We got it all put together last night,  finally.  Took about 3 hours to assemble it all.  We had alot of fun doing it though,  knowing we will have a baby here in about 15 weeks.  Kasey slept most of the time with her best friend the body pillow.  I guess growing a baby makes you sleepy.  She seems to be doing really well though!!!  We still have to go pick out our bedding and paint the walls.  Kasey would be just fine painting it one color,  but you know me.   I want stripes and diamonds and different colors.  I think I have her talked into doing atleast stripes for now.   We still haven't picked out a name yet, that seems to be the most important question everyone has right now.  I took this picture with my phone last night,  so it's not the greatest quality.

SURPRISE!SURPRISE! IT'S A GIRL!!!

We went to get a sonogram done yesterday.  We were both so excited.  We could have never  imagined in a million years the radiologist would have said "it's definitely a girl".  Kasey and I were both shocked,  since Dr. Dorsett had told us she was pretty sure it was a boy and I thought I saw what was evidence of a boy,  not to mention Trotter's just don't have boys first. It's had time to sink in for me and I'm sure that little girl will melt my heart.  We have 19 more anxious weeks to wait,  to get us a baby girl here healthy and safe.  I am truly blessed!!!
